Francis (Fran) McCarron serves as PWI Engineering’s Project Manager. PWI provides facility and infrastructure solutions in planning, engineering, construction, operations, energy management and energy procurement.
Fran is responsible for the management of various design projects with involvement in all phases of the engineering profession including master utility planning, engineering development and design for HVAC systems including energy use analysis, cost estimating and preparation of final engineering specifications and construction drawings. Fran has over 40 years of design experience with PWI and has been instrumental in leading design teams and mentoring upcoming professionals within the firm.
Some of Fran’s more notable clients are: Penn Medicine - Pennsylvania Hospital, Susquehanna Health – Williamsport Medical Center, AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (City and Mainland Divisions) and The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
In his role as Vice President/Project Manager, Fran works closely with the Marketing Department for business development, and client relationship management.
