Thomas (Tom) O’Neill serves as PWI Engineering’s Director of Mechanical Engineering. Tom has accumulated over 32 years of experience in the design of HVAC systems including project management, programming, master utility planning, mechanical systems studies, automation systems planning, design and documentation, cost estimating, preparation of final engineering specifications and construction drawings, and construction administration/systems start-up support.

Tom has been the lead for many of our Power Design Projects consisting of Combined Heat and Power and Central Utility Plants. Some notable clients are Atlantic Health – Morristown Medical Center, Abington Health – Abington Memorial Hospital, Meridian Health – Jersey Shore University Medical Center, and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – Shadyside.
