Energy Audit and Efficiency Improvement Activities
Wilmington, Delaware

• DuPont corporate offices requested a “triage” level survey of over 1 million GSF of their Wilmington office buildings (including the Hotel DuPont), identifying energy conservation opportunities, and priority for implementation.
• The program includes 10 stages of implementation which will ultimately provide an 18% reduction in energy usage with a less than 3-year simple payback.
