Henkel Corporation

This fast tracked project converted an empty warehouse into 55,000 square feet of high density chemistry laboatories. The $120 million project was completed in 14 months from conceptual program through construction, start-up and commissioning.
The lab design was based on an open “European” floor plan with perimeter office and conference rooms to enhance communications and interaction. The special systems included 72 VAV fume hoods, cascading pressurization and DDC monitoring and controls, and multiple liquid waste removal and treatment systems.
