• The 10,000 SF manufacturing area required strict cGMP compliance for the electronic based diagnostic device with hygroscopic characteristics.
• Environment required Class 10,000 air quality and a constant relative humidity level not to exceed 10%.
• In addition to the design of the HVAC and environmental systems, the area required low resistivity deionized water system and biologically sterile water systems. PWI also designed the custom manufacturing ovens.
