The $130.0 million, 260,000 square foot multi-use complex on the University of Pennsylvania campus included the Phase I, 55,000 square feet Barnes and Noble “superstore”/University bookstore and 10,000 square feet of retail including a brew pub restaurant.
Simultaneously, the Phase II, 200,000 square foot, six-story Hotel with 250 guest rooms, a ballroom, conference center, multiple restaurants, and retail space was designed and constructed.
The project included systems provisions for Phase III and Phase IV that included new townhouses for the University adjacent to the Graduate Towers and structured parking. The project was developed and directed by LaSalle Partners.
