Program consisted of renovating Temple University’s student services building to provide a larger and more updated facility for students to enjoy. The $44.8 Million transformation was completed in a two phase design and construction process.
Student Services building houses student organization offices, meeting rooms, administrative offices, conference rooms, and computer areas. For recreational purposes, it also houses a new cinema, coffee and snack areas, sports lounges, a game room and a non-alcoholic entertainment center.
PWI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for the renovations of the existing Student Activities Center and the design of a new 2-story addition. Renovations created an expanded 700-seat dining and food court facility. The new addition consisted of a 2-story atrium, lobby and entrance court.
