Beaver Stadium renovations and expansion included a 60,000 SF Alumni Club/box, new locker and team training facilities, athletic department offices, new concession facilities, and 15,000 additional open-air seats.
Utility Master Planning efforts were performed to identify existing and ultimate power requirements, evaluate the best option for getting additional power to the site and determine an estimate of yearly electric costs.
East Expansion consisted of 58 suites, VIP suites, new vertical circulation elements and expanded concourses and amenities.
South Expansion consisted of 10,000 new seats, 4,000 club seats and 6,000 general seats, second level club lounge, new concourses and amenities.
Major infrastructure upgrades included renovation of the existing press box, additional concourses and circulation elements, new and renovated restrooms, and ADA upgrades and improvements to the home team locker and media rooms.
